You will be responsible for managing key business initiatives, supporting launches and redesigns, and helping build scalable operating models across international teams. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, can build structure in ambiguity, and speaks both business and process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational projects across multiple departments
- Coordinate a portfolio of business initiatives, ensuring alignment and clear progress tracking
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to define and map business and IT process flows
- Support implementation of changes in internal systems and tools
- Identify process gaps and optimization opportunities, and drive improvements
- Perform data-driven analyses to support decisions and recommendations
- Prepare clear documentation, analytical reports, and executive-ready presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, management, operations, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing or coordinating business/tech projects
- Background in consulting, finance, tech, or Big 4 environments
- Proven ability to independently structure and deliver projects
- Strong understanding of business processes, monetization, and operational controls
- Experience with business analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics/reporting tools
- Fluent English; experience working in cross-functional international environments
- End-to-end ownership of project delivery cycles
- Exposure to product-led or SaaS businesses
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, Confluence, and Notion
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy
- Structured thinker with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity
- High ownership mindset and execution focus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Able to bridge the gap between business and technical domains
