As a Strategic Projects Manager at Equipe Zorgbedrijven, you’ll work closely with our senior leadership to shape the future of one of the Netherlands’ leading specialized healthcare providers. This isn’t a back-office strategy role — you’ll be at the heart of real decision-making, leading high-impact commercial and strategic projects across our growing organisation.
Your role as a Strategic Projects Manager
The Strategic Projects Manager plays a key role in supporting senior leadership with the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact commercial and strategic projects. Acting as a trusted partner to executives, you’ll lead strategic and commercial projects from start to finish — setting the course, aligning stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring delivery. You report to the Business Development Director who is part of the senior leadership team. You’ll provide crucial strategic insights by conducting market research, performing analyses, and opportunity assessments that directly support the company’s ambition to provide care to a growing number of patients and grow in size and quality. Working closely with business control, you’ll help build business cases and evaluate investment proposals that guide key decisions.
On top of that, you’ll serve as a vital link between executive leadership and the wider organisation — supporting decision making, kickstarting implementation and facilitating alignment across relevant teams in the company. When roadblocks appear, you’re the one to clear the path! This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on project management, stakeholder coordination, and strong analytical skills.

What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, project management, or corporate strategy; Experience in managing end-to-end strategic projects, from ideation to hands-on execution
- Experience working closely with executives in fast-paced, performance-driven environments;
- You have a strong business acumen, analytical skills and proven strategic mindset;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English;
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
- A background in medicine, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
