The Job
In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing forecasts. You will work closely with regional teams across Europe to gather and validate crucial information for forecasting purposes, enhancing the accuracy of our predictions.
Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze circular logistics flows. Leveraging BI tools, you'll manage and interpret vast datasets, transforming these insights into actionable forecasting strategies. You will use our integrated business planning, forecasting, and optimization tools to ensure precision and efficiency in our network planning. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in Sales and Operations Planning meetings, offering insightful analysis and recommendations to fine-tune forecasts.

Strategically planning for network relocations and depot openings or closings to optimize costs and operations will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with the production, digital, and regional operations teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the board.
Translating the commercial forecast into operational insights is crucial. Your support for operational activities through detailed analysis of depot stocks, transport logistics, and optimizing the washing plan will drive our success. You'll also handle diverse projects that contribute to the continuous enhancement of our supply chain processes.

You have great adaptability and can navigate dynamic international environments, embracing change management initiatives with ease. Furthermore, you are communicatively skilled, analytically strong, and persistent in reaching your goals. You are also proactive and a self-starter, with the ability to see the bigger picture within our forecast.
Further:
- You have experience working with numbers, either through your studies or in a previous role.
- You hold a minimum of a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Econometrics/Operations Research, or Business Administration.
- You have a keen interest in data and supply chain.
- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written. An additional language is beneficial.
