Position
As HR Advisor VIE, based in Amsterdam, you will support the Human Resources agenda across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy, working closely with the HR Manager for the three markets.
You will be involved in a wide range of HR topics—from talent acquisition, onboarding, and development to compensation, wellbeing, and employee engagement. This role is an excellent opportunity for a rising HR professional to gain multi country exposure, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute to impactful projects across a dynamic EMEA cluster.
Job responsibilities
People & Talent Development
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives
- Support logistics, communications, and follow up of training programmes
- Contribute to building development plans, training calendars, and skill building actions
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Support recruitment activities: drafting job descriptions, posting roles, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews
- Help manage early careers pipelines (internships, VIEs, graduate roles)
- Collaborate on employer branding activities
HR Operations & Compensation
- Assist in preparing employment documents, contract amendments, and onboarding packages
- Support local payroll coordination and data accuracy in collaboration with payroll teams
- Assist in compensation analysis, benefits tracking, and recognition programmes
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Support the rollout of wellbeing and DE&I initiatives across the three markets
- Contribute to the follow up of employee engagement survey results and related action plans
- Help organise team building events and support HR communication campaigns
HR Data & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and monthly HR reports for the three markets
- Support data analysis for workforce planning, talent reviews, and LVMH group reporting
- Ensure data quality across systems (e.g. Forumh, local tools)
Strategic HR Projects
- Contribute to the harmonisation of practices and procedures across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy
- Prepare presentations, documentation, and project tracking tools
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Be a key point of contact for local teams in Amsterdam, Brussels, and Milan
- Work closely with HR Manager, GMs, Finance, Legal, Payroll Providers, and Business Leaders
- Partner with the wider EMEA HR community to share best practices and support group initiatives
Profile
Professional Experience & Mindset
- A first experience (internship or junior role) in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative with strong organisational skills
- Ability to navigate different stakeholders and work cultures across countries
- Passion for people, culture, and continuous learning
- Interest in the luxury, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) is an advantage
Languages
- Fluent English required
- Dutch, French or Italian is a strong plus

- Be between 18 and 28 years old at the start of the assignment
