The Account Coordinator provides administrative support services to the Airfreight department.
Essential Job Functions:
- Word processing, filing and scheduling.
- Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary.
- Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences.
- Creates, assists with and updates presentations.
- Prepares internal and external correspondence.
- Assists with special projects as needed.
- Creating and updating spreadsheets of daily transactions.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Reviewing and processing reimbursements.
- Maintaining financial records.
- Support preparation of financial reports.
- Assisting in the budgeting process.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
