Pax8 is looking for an Executive Admin Manager to partner with our CEO and lead our high-performing admin team across EMEA.

What you'll do
- Be the right hand to our CEO – running the calendar, inbox, and travel like a pro, and stepping into key meetings with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.
- Craft impactful presentations and briefing packs for board meetings, leadership forums, and client events.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner – bringing insights, challenging ideas, and keeping our executive priorities sharp.
- Lead and inspire the EMEA admin team, aligning efforts with global priorities and building a culture of excellence.
- Partner with business leaders to support planning, OKRs, and fiscal management.
What we're looking for
- Extensive C-suite executive support experience in a global or multi-regional business.
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
- A master of calendars, inboxes, and complex international logistics (you see conflicts before they even happen).
- A confident communicator with a track record of producing board-ready presentations.
- Strong leadership skills – you've managed teams, coached talent, and built cultures where admins shine.
- A sharp strategic mindset with financial and operational planning know-how.
- High EQ, discretion, and the ability to represent the CEO Office with integrity.
- Based in Zwolle (NL), with hybrid working flexibility.

- Annual gross salary ranging between €70k and €80K depending on experience
- 26 days holiday + 8% Holiday Allowance
