- Bachelor’s Degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering in a relevant subject with education qualification obtained from North America, West Europe, Australia.
- Holder of Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (1AM) or similar.
- Holder of Chartered Membership in relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering)
- 30 years' experience of the water/wastewater industry, ideally within the public sector.
- Knowledge and experience of international Asset Management best practice and how it is delivered in an Organisation.
- Knowledge and experience of change management/business transformation preferred
- Demonstrable experience in creating and embedding a new asset management function preferred.
