Ons Transfer Pricing and Economic Services team is een multidisciplinair team professionals met ervaring in de meest geavanceerde gebieden van internationaal belastingrecht en Transfer Pricing. Leden van ons Transfer Pricing and Economic Services team zijn gevestigd in Noord en Zuid-Amerika, Europa en Azie en Oceanie waardoor we goed gepositioneerd zijn om bedrijven te assisteren bij hun transfer pricing uitdagingen en opportuniteiten, zowel lokaal als wereldwijd. Als Transfer Pricing Associate krijg je bij ons de ruimte om te floreren en je stempel te drukken op onze groeiende Transfer Pricing praktijk in Nederland.
Je komt te werken in een klein team waar je samenwerkt met collega's van zowel de Tax als de Legal praktijkgroep, (onde andere Corporate, IP, Real Estate). Hierdoor heb je korte lijnen en kun je snel schakelen. Daarnaast maak je deel uit van een internationaal netwerk van Transfer Pricing professionals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schrijven van strategische adviezen voor businessmodel optimalisatie, value chain analyse, en bedrijfsherstructureringen en het documenteren daarvan
- Meewerken aan (B)APA-trajecten en tax audits
- Uitvoeren van benchmark/economische analyses, het opstellen van transfer pricing documentatie en planning studies voor uiteenlopende transacties (productie en verkoopactiviteiten, diensten, IP, financiële transacties)
- Samenwerken met collega's van zowel de Tax als de Legal praktijkgroep om een holistische benadering te bieden voor complexe vraagstukken
- Actief bijdragen aan internationale projecten en het delen van best practices binnen ons wereldwijde netwerk van Transfer Pricing professionals
ABOUT YOU Jij wordt getypeerd door:
- Een afgeronde master fiscaalrecht, fiscale- of financiële economie, bij voorkeur met 2 tot 8 jaar werkervaring als Transfer Pricing professional bij een Big4, Advocatenkantoor, in-house of in een economische consultancy omgeving
- Je kunt goed omgaan met tijdsdruk, bent in staat om structuur aan te brengen in projecten en je bent effectief in het uitvoeren van projecten binnen deadlines met een focus op het leveren van resultaten
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een strategische denkwijze
- Proactieve houding en vermogen om relaties op te bouwen, zowel intern als met klanten
- Een ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien binnen het kantoor
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

You will work in a small team collaborating with colleagues from both the Tax and Legal practice groups, including Corporate, IP, and Real Estate, ensuring efficient communication and quick decision-making. Additionally, you will be part of an international network of Transfer Pricing professionals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting strategic advice for business model optimization, value chain analysis, and corporate restructuring, and documenting it
- Contributing to (B)APA processes and tax audits
- Conducting benchmark/economic analyses, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and planning studies for a variety of transactions (production and sales activities, services, IP, financial transactions)
- Collaborating with colleagues from both the Tax and Legal practice groups to provide a holistic approach to complex issues
- Actively participating in international projects and sharing best practices within our global network of Transfer Pricing professionals
ABOUT YOU You are characterized by:
- A master's degree in tax law, fiscal economics, or financial economics, preferably with 2 to 8 years of experience as a Transfer Pricing professional at a Big4 firm, law firm, in-house, or in an economic consultancy environment
- Ability to handle time pressure, organize projects effectively, and execute them within deadlines with a focus on delivering results
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset
- Proactive attitude and ability to build relationships, both internally and with clients
- Ambition to further develop and grow within the firm
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
