The job
As a Business Controller, you play a key role in translating financial data into insights that drive strategic decisions and sustainable growth. You work closely with colleagues in operations, sales, and development to provide clear management information and forward-looking advice. You bring structure, help professionalize financial processes, and actively contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Support investment analyses, business cases, and scenario planning.
- Improve reporting structures and financial process flows.
- Advise on cost price, margin development, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI).
- Identify risks and opportunities and advise management proactively.
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, or a comparable field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a controller or analyst, or a strong starter with ambition.
- Strong analytical skills with a clear affinity for technology and innovation.
- Experience with Excel and Power BI is required; knowledge of Power Query is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems is required.
- Independent, proactive, and a strong communicator.
