Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to the highest standard
- Assist in menu development, bringing creative ideas while respecting Italian tradition
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Manage kitchen operations, including stock control and ordering ingredients
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with Dutch regulations
- Work closely with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef (Italian cuisine experience is preferred)
- Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques and regional recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
