Your job

As Financial Administrator, you will join our Hotels Team, taking ownership of key processes to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving systems, streamlining workflows, and creating structured documentation to support operational excellence. You will work closely with the IT team to develop and enhance internal software, making our Hotels department more efficient and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Review and Correction


  • Monitor incoming invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in invoices.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely invoice processing.
Supplier Communication
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to address invoice issues and request corrections.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Process Optimization and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Hotels, IT, and accounting teams to streamline invoicing and operational processes.
  • Work alongside IT to enhance internal systems, ensuring better efficiency and support for the Hotels department.
  • Take ownership of this role by driving improvements and proactively addressing challenges.

Your profile

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with invoicing systems or accounting software is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or similar field

  • This role is in a hybrid work setting (office and remote).
