Job Overview

We are seeking a personable, highly organized Front Office Agent to join our team at Baoase Luxury Resort. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, embodying the warmth, luxury, and professionalism our resort is known for. The ideal candidate will deliver seamless check-ins and check-outs, manage guest inquiries, and provide exceptional service that enhances the guest experience, ensuring that every stay exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception & Check-In/Check-Out
• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and genuine smile.
• Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining a personalized approach.
• Accurately register guest information, verify payment methods, and allocate rooms based on preferences and availability.
• Ensure that all guests are informed about resort amenities, events, and promotions.
• Guest Service & Support
• Provide exceptional service to all guests by anticipating their needs, resolving inquiries, and personalizing their stay experience.
• Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Coordinate guest requests with other departments (Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and entertainment to enhance the guest experience.
• Resort Presentation & Brand Representation
• Maintain the lobby and front desk areas in pristine condition and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Uphold resort policies and standards, embodying the luxury brand image at all times.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of resort services, room types, amenities, and special packages to assist guests and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Administrative Duties
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system.
• Monitor room availability and prepare daily arrivals, VIP, and special occasion guest lists.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all guest interactions and complete necessary reports for shift handovers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and in compliance with resort policies.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a Front Office Agent, Receptionist, or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree or certifications are a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Primary Language]; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, etc.).
• Positive attitude, high level of professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Working Conditions
