What are you going to do?
As HyCare Manager Poultry, you will be responsible for further developing and positioning HyCare within the poultry sector. You will be a strategic partner for both customers and colleagues. You’ll use your knowledge and network to open doors others can’t. In short: you’ll help accelerate HyCare.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Initiating and leading projects with our own R&D department and R&D farms, focusing on the current challenges in poultry farming.
- Rolling out and implementing new products, solutions and HyCare programs at customer sites.
- Guiding initial on-farm implementations before handing over the relationship to the sales team.
- Advising our (international) commercial teams and key accounts – both proactively and on request.
- Giving training sessions and presentations, both internally and externally.
- Maintaining and expanding your industry network – you know where opportunities are and how to act on them.
This is a hybrid position: you’ll work from our headquarters in Hapert, from home, and on-site with customers. You’ll also travel internationally about four times per year – within Europe and possibly North America.
What we are looking for?
You are a poultry sector professional with experience in a commercial or advisory role. You understand the industry – from barn floor to boardroom. You know how to drive change, and you recognize the value of a strong network: you bring one with you and actively grow it.
We’re also looking for someone who:
- Thinks and acts both strategically and practically – bridging R&D, customers and sales.
- Is entrepreneurial, spotting opportunities and turning them into action.
- Is available for at least 32 hours per week.
- Works independently, takes ownership, and communicates easily via short lines of contact.
- Lives within reasonable travel distance from our headquarters in Hapert, the Netherlands.
