We’re looking for an experienced IT Continuity Manager to help drive resilience and readiness across our global IT organization.
In this role, you’ll lead the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) process-ensuring our systems are prepared to withstand disruption and recover quickly, in alignment with broader Business Continuity efforts.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across regions and collaborate with IT leaders, architects, and product teams to strengthen our disaster recovery capabilities and reduce risk.
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) framework, ensuring it remains aligned with evolving business and regulatory needs
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery and IT Service Continuity plans in close collaboration with global IT teams
Lead end-to-end disaster recovery testing cycles-from planning to execution to post-test evaluations and reporting
Monitor and report on ITSCM performance, risks, and readiness using clear dashboards and KPIs
Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on IT continuity risks, readiness, and best practices
Train and empower teams, creating awareness and driving accountability for continuity planning
Profile:
7-10 years in IT Service Management, with 3+ in IT Continuity
Hands-on experience with disaster recovery planning and testing
Certifications: ITIL v3/4, BCMICT, CITSMP (or equivalents)
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow is a plus
Experience in regulated, financial, or tech environments is strongly preferred
