Job Description
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Support the field sales team with account management and inside sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors
- Handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor shipments, handle documentation, and resolve delivery issues proactively.
- Provide customers with accurate delivery timelines, tracking, and after-sales support.
- Optimize logistics processes for cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance, operations).
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in industries with strong logistics/supply chain requirements.
- Solid knowledge of logistics operations, shipping, and supply chain processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
