What will you do?
Processing and preparing trade, project, service, and WQ orders for shipment
Coordinating (inter)national transport and related documentation
Requesting and evaluating transport quotes
Arranging export packaging and shipping documents
Managing logistics administration and the team mailbox
Coordinating with colleagues, clients, and external partners
Who are you?
A vocational (MBO level 4) degree in logistics or a related field
Knowledge of (inter)national transportation, import/export, Incoterms, and dangerous goods
Experience with logistics systems and Microsoft Office
Strong command of English, both spoken and written
A proactive, accurate, and customer-focused approach
Courses like ADR and air freight are a plus—or you’re willing to follow them. A VGB background check is required.
