Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfilment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Work independently in client-facing situations as well as part of larger project teams in the design, development and implementation of new applied intelligence capabilities
Lead assessments to determine and understand the client paint points related to supply chain planning, identify potential improvement by implementing AI capabilities to complement the client’s planning processes.
Management of operative communication with the client (external) and internal (other Accenture teams).
Interact with multidisciplinary teams considering business consultants, data scientists, data engineers or system developers.
Deliver expertise for the implementation of advanced forecasting algorithms and continuous improvement.
Exploratory Data Analysis and Data Quality assessment.
Set up algorithms: leveraging current Accenture assets or leading innovation lead the development and quality assurance of the algorithms to run ie forecast, inventory optimization, Control tower, digital twins
Run proof of concepts: Run the advanced analytics apps developed on top of static client data to determine the potential value for the client.
Implement and Operate: lead the implementation and follow services for clients on forecasting
Analytics operating model: define the roles, responsibilities, sizing, KPI’s for analytics hubs
Data Scientist expertise: Python, PySpark, o9 Environment (CML, EDA Module, DSML, development and deployment of Plugins in o9, … )
Technology: knowledge on cloud platforms (GCP as a priority, Azure or AWS in alternative are a must), Planning business solutions (09)
Periodical interviews with the client for measurements/KPIs presentation
Leverage best practices and existing operation standards to create client-specific business solutions for Demand Planning analytics
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for making client proposals and setting up project objectives for the prospective projects
Ability to meet travel requirements, up to 100%

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
Bachelor in mathematics, statistics, Industrial or other Engineering is required
3-5 years of experience developing or running Forecasting capabilities, preferably with consulting experience
Demonstrate strong understanding of business, technology and process implications as related to supply chain planning
solving skills, with expertise in quantitative/qualitative process analysis techniques, process metrics and performance measurement
Exhibit effective oral and written communication, leadership, project management, and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management. Should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.

Professional Skill Requirements
Having Supply Chain & Operations consulting experienced is preferred.
Advanced algorithm modeling skills: Python (must)
Cloud architectures know how: Azure, AWS, GCP (PRIORITY)
