Office Manager (m/f/d)
To strengthen our team in Alphen aan den Rijn, we are immediately looking for a driven and versatile Office Manager (m/f/d).
Your tasks
- Support with all organizational and administrative tasks in the office.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents for accounting and finance.
- Supporting HR topics, such as maintaining documents, organizing appointments, and preparing paperwork.
- Organizing meetings and assisting with preparation and follow-up.
- General correspondence and filing.
- Supporting smaller projects and special tasks.
Your profile
- Completed commercial/administrative training or comparable qualification
- Experience in office management or as an assistant; you have worked in a similar position before.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Dutch and English.
- You work accurately, with an eye for detail, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Reliability, organizational skills, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.
