Join our Digital Marketing team and run global programmatic campaigns that make an impact across more than 17 countries. From Display and YouTube to Online Video, CTV, Audio, and DOOH—you’ll create full-funnel campaigns that drive both brand awareness and performance results.
You’ll work closely with the Senior Programmatic Specialist, as well as colleagues in marketing, paid social, SEA, and beyond. Together, you’ll translate business goals into data-driven programmatic strategies and ensure every campaign delivers meaningful results.
As part of Rituals’ internal media agency, you’ll not only manage and optimize campaigns but also experiment with new formats, audiences, and automation techniques to keep us ahead of the curve.
Key result areas
- Create full-funnel media strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion goals, together with the Senior Programmatic Specialist.
- Manage the planning, setup, and day-to-day optimization of international programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other DSPs.
- Analyze and report on campaign results, highlighting insights, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and media teams to align strategies with broader business goals.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with external partners such as Google, publishers, and media agencies.
- Continuously test and experiment with new formats, audiences, and tools to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of trends, innovations, and opportunities in the programmatic and publisher landscape.
- Support automation and AI-driven optimizations to help scale campaigns efficiently across markets.
Qualifications
High on energy, low on ego – and with a good sense of humor.
You bring:
- 2–3 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within a media agency.
- Hands-on experience with DV360 and knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with campaign data and performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, brand lift studies, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfort collaborating across creative, data, and media teams.
