Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, supporting sales, managing the store, and handling online order fulfillment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
- Advise customers on products, answer questions, and provide detailed information
- Maintain the store layout and displays according to brand standards
- Manage cash register operations and payment procedures
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets
- Support inventory and stock management activities
- Handle and prepare shipments for e-commerce orders, ensuring proper packaging and timely delivery
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and a strong personality with a unique personal style this is our most important criterion. We -value individuality and a distinctive passion that sets you apart.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English
