About the Job
Honeywell Building Automation (BMS division) is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead and grow our Partner Channel across the Northern Europe Region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by pipelining and forecasting, market penetration and strategic alignment with a network of Systems Integrators, Distributors, and OEM partners. You will be a member of the BMS regional sales leadership team and lead a team of Account Managers, collaborating Cross-functional with technical, marketing, and commercial functions to execute go-to-market strategies that position Honeywell as the preferred BMS provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Team Alignment
- Team Management
- Build a strong succession plan and develop the talent of the existing team
- Drive compliance and optimize digital CRM tools, including Salesforce.com
- Full accountability of sales pipeline, execution, and pricing management regionally
- Develop and maintain a baseline knowledge of Honeywell offerings and solutions
- Mentor team members of varying experience levels
- Assess team success and provide actionable coaching Develop strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a proven sales leader with strong experience in partner or channel sales, ideally with the BMS, HVAC, or building technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a track record of developing and managing successful relationships with System Integrators, driving joint growth, and delivering consistent sales results.
This role requires a candidate who embodies a customer-centric mentality and demonstrates leadership presence, emotional intelligence, and a strong team mentality. Agility, perseverance, and coaching capabilities are essential attributes for navigating challenges in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The successful candidate will possess business acumen, be results-oriented, and have analytical skills that inform decision-making. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit competitive awareness, vertical expertise, technical awareness, and adaptability, paired with a commitment to servant leadership to foster team development and success.
