To further grow our corporate and MICE business, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager for our two iconic Amsterdam hotels: Sir Albert and Sir Adam.
This is what you're going to do
As Sales Manager, you are the commercial face of our hotels. Your primary responsibility is to develop corporate and MICE business, driving revenue growth and strengthening our market position. Working closely with the General Managers, you help shape and execute the commercial strategy while building lasting partnerships with key clients.
Acquire, manage, and grow corporate and MICE accounts.
Leading the support and development of our two GME coordinators
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Negotiate and extend contracts with both new and established accounts.
Organize site inspections and business review meetings.
Develop and implement a Business Development Plan for corporate and MICE segments.
Proactively contribute to strategic account plans and annual commercial strategies.
Meet and exceed annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Represent Sir Albert, Sir Adam, and Sircle Collection at client and networking events and act as a true Brand Ambassador

At least two years of experience in a similar sales positionExcellent communication skills in English
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with selling a hotel group is a plus
You live within travel distance of our Headquarters in Amsterdam
