The SC Innovation Execution Manager is the key person for project execution within the SC E2E NWE organization. The persons ensures NPD / change projects are executed conform approved G3 scope. This includes tracking all possible risks on terms of obsoletes and service that occur in the ramp up to go live of the NPD agenda. The NPD change manager will ensure all reports, timelines before- and after listing are respected within the organization, and course is corrected where needed.

- Responsible for flawless SC execution of approved G3 scope for NPD / change projects by facilitating the SC execution call
- Lead operational execution meeting for G3 approved projects for CS&L & relevant other stakeholders
- Connects with relevant stakeholders to gather all data to facilitate post G3 execution
- Create and keep track of all relevant documentation, analysis tools to ensure follow up on NPD planning for both the long- and short-term planners.
- Escalates to core project team (Commercialization & Prime mover) in case of large post G3 scope changes
- Flag and mitigate risk within the boundaries of the project scope
- Perform high quality Gate 4 feedback to ensure continuous improvement in project management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG with exposure to the change process
- Able to manage and lead change and driving continuous improvement
- Able to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the various commercial functions, procurement, finance and sourcing functions (Demand/supply planning & Manufacturing plants)
- Able to transform data and information into meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of retail (multi-channel) supply chains
- Computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point & solid understanding and technical capability to use integrated planning systems, preferred: JDA & SAP or local ERP/IT
- Fluency in English
