We are looking for a Test Manager who can work in the payments domain for one of our clients in the financial sector. In this role, you play a key role in coordinating between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external suppliers. You will drive testing for complex changes within and across the organization, including those delivered by third-party vendors. Your holistic view and your understanding of both business and IT are essential to translate business requirements into test cases and to define the best test strategies, while progressively improving the teams’ test maturity.

Ideal Profile
At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager in a complex IT environment, ideally in banking or financial services.
Experience with agile methodologies.
A team-oriented attitude and a “make it happen” mentality.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across various audiences and seniority levels.
Familiarity with enterprise application landscapes and working in international settings.
Experience with test and reporting tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
