As an Inside Sales Representative for the German speaking market, you are responsible for managing and maintaining existing accounts for ABF. You work proactively to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships, initiating upselling opportunities, and accurately following up on orders and quotations. As an Inside sales Representative for the German speaking market, you play an important role in driving revenue growth and supporting the success of our sales team.
What you’ll do:
Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.
Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.
Who you are:
1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role.
You are fluent in German and English (minimum level C1). Proficiency in another language, especially a Nordic one, is a plus.
Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
You hold a driving license (B).

What we offer you:
Salary of € 39.060,- - € 46.872,- gross per year (including holiday allowance for full-time employment).
Home office allowance of €2.65 per day, plus tools and flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Option to work from abroad one week per year.
