The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating the internal and external marketing communication strategy for T&E Europe, in line with the overall T&E strategy and BU Strategy, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency. The Marketing Communications manager works closely with the rest of the leadership, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of the communication activities across audiences and channels. As people manager, he/she is responsible to grow and develop talent and communication expertise within the organization.

What you will do
Strategic Leadership & Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and internal alignment.
- Lead the creation of the omnichannel marketing communications plan, collaborating closely with brand managers and the education team as part of the Commercialization Plan and Annual Marketing Plan.
- Support local marketing teams in developing and executing localized marketing plans.
Content Development & Messaging
- Craft customer-focused messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment across all communication channels.
- Develop marketing and advertising materials tailored for different audiences, optimizing channel selection, messaging, copy, and design.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Digital & Media Management
- Oversee social media, digital platforms, and media plans, aligning them with company objectives.
- Manage paid, owned, and earned media to maximize impact and engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and media consumption shifts to refine communication strategies.
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to develop and execute internal communication strategies, including intranet updates, employee engagement campaigns, and internal events.
- Strengthen internal brand advocacy through clear and compelling internal messaging.
Performance Measurement & Budget Management
- Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs and ROI goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Manage the communications and media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing marketing communications team.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, coaching, and professional development to foster a culture of excellence.
What you need
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Scientific, Marketing or related fields
- 8+ years of Marketing experience required
- 5+ years’ experience in Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing or Omnichannel
- Fluent in English
- Experience with leading and executing successfully omnichannel campaigns and internal communications.
- Experience and expertise with social media and digital marketing, ideally with HCP audience.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
- Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired):
- MBA preferred
- 2+ years of people management experience preferred
- Marketing experience in the medical devices industry

- Territory: EMEA
- Travel Percentage: Up to 20%
