You’ll lead this strategic initiative—building scalable learning experiences that empower people to succeed and drive lasting impact.
What You'll Achieve
- Develop and lead Helin Academy strategy: craft and execute a learning and development strategy that supports business goals, covering both employee growth and customer education.
- Design and deliver scalable training programs: create eLearning courses, onboarding paths, product training, certifications, and role-specific development using modern tools.
- Build and lead a high-performing team: hire, mentor, and manage LMS designers, trainers, content creators, and platform admins.
- Enable customer success through learning: collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Project, and Marketing teams to design training that boosts product adoption and satisfaction.
- Drive commercial and strategic impact: develop a sustainable commercial model including monetized offerings, certifications, and partner enablement.
- Expand the learning technology stack: enhance and scale the existing LMS and training platforms to deliver a seamless, engaging learner experience.
- Measure and optimize: set KPIs, track effectiveness, and refine programs based on feedback and business results.
What You Bring
- A proven track record (5+ years) in learning & development, enablement, or customer education in SaaS or tech environments
- Track record with people management, including building and growing a team.
- Experience building an academy or training function from scratch, including hiring and team leadership
- Familiarity with platforms like LearnUpon, EasyGenerator, Heygen, or Canva
- Strategic mindset—you connect learning to commercial goals and long-term growth
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills to align across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
- A passion for adult learning, instructional design, and measurable outcomes
Bonus Superpowers
- Experience designing monetized training or partner enablement programs
- Background in sustainability, energy, or industrial tech learning contexts
