Job's mission
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Investor Relations Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of ASM’s investor relations strategy, ensuring transparent, timely, and effective communication with the investment community. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial communications and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate financial communication materials, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and the annual report.
- Support investor engagement activities such as earnings calls, investor meetings, and industry conferences.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and valuation developments to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sustainability, and HR to ensure alignment and accuracy in external messaging.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or demonstrated strong financial acumen.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations or a related financial communications role.
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
