The Role:
We are looking for a full-time Native Advertising Specialist with specific experience or deep affinity for the iGaming sector. This is a role for someone who can independently build, launch, and scale native ad campaigns for online gambling offers. You understand compliance, know how to create funnels that convert, and are comfortable working in a high-volume, ROI-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and scale native advertising campaigns for iGaming brands on platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, and Revcontent
- Work with our creative team to develop ad creatives, headlines, and prelanders tailored for gambling audiences
- Continuously A/B test ads, placements, and landing pages to improve performance
- Monitor compliance guidelines per GEO/platform and ensure campaigns are fully approved and running
- Optimise towards KPIs such as CPA, FTD, ROI, and retention
- Analyse campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance insights
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, creatives that work in gambling, and GEO-specific best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience running native ad campaigns
- Strong experience in the iGaming vertical (online casino, sports betting, crypto gambling, etc.)
- Understanding of native ad compliance and approval processes
- Familiarity with prelanders, tracking tools, and funnel strategy
- Able to work independently and take full ownership of campaign results
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
