In our journey to becoming the #1 upskilling service for companies like ING, Dell and L’oréal, we are building a Global Brand Team that will enable Lepaya to win the hearts and minds of already existing and most importantly, potential customers.
However, brands cannot live on without creating inspiring experiences. That’s why we’re looking for a Marketing & Event Intern to support in the production of memorable digital and live brand events.
What you’ll achieve:
Enable the tactical and operational setup for digital events (x1-2/month based on our brand and campaign calendar)such as webinars, round-table/panel discussions, and facilitate pre-event planning, in-event coordination, and post-event follow-up for BDR’s.
With the Senior Brand Manager and Demand Gen team working on in-person events at our office in Amsterdam with partners and communities like Offbeat, L&D shakers, OpenUp, and Everday to create sales-qualified opportunities with BDR’s.
Support with operational conference participation and presence tasks at our key in-person conference, Unleash. Overlooking things like location, merchandising, informational materials printing, booth build, internal team on-site support, lead handover to sales etc .
Communicate with internal team members (Brand, BDR’s, Growth) to ensure timely event visuals, content production, and prospect sourcing campaigns.
Manage data and logistics details for team members on the ground ahead of in-person events (travel dates confirmations, info for merchandise ordering, passes etc.), providing a bridge between internal teams and external event partners.
Oversee post-event retrospectives and analysis, to support a closer targeting of ideal Lepaya event contacts.

What we’re looking for
Currently studying a Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing
Brave, you enjoy learning new things and gaining new knowledge
Tech Savvy, Google meets, zoom, social media have no secrets for you
Can-do mindset and proactive, you are solutions-driven
Creative and detail-oriented
Proactive and independent in your work, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Availability to work fulltime, and come 2 days to our Amsterdam office
